People & Opportunities

The Office of People & Opportunities (P&O) was established in 2021. This led to the development of Hard Rock's P&O strategy that exists today. The Office of People & Opportunities is responsible for integrating our company values and mottos into our daily business operations. Its mission is to ensure that fairness is used when making critical business decisions that grow the business, drive excellent guest service, and enhances our team member’s experience in an inclusive and welcoming culture. At Hard Rock, we believe that actions grounded in our company values create a vibrant, inspiring, energetic, and innovative culture.

Who we are

To address the needs of all Team Members—including Native Americans, women, the 2SLGBTQ+ community, people of color (BIPOC), people with disabilities, and veterans—we work to build equitable policies, programs and practices based on a framework of people, culture and stakeholders.

As one of the world’s most globally recognized brands, our Senior Leadership Committee represents and supports all facets of Hard Rock International’s operations, growth, and culture.

What we do

Tribal Career Development

As owners of the company, Seminole Tribal Members can work and grow within their business through a program called TCD – Tribal Career Development. This program is a People & Opportunities flagship program for advancing leaders within the talent pipeline. Open to all Tribal Members, TCD offers rotational experiences at all gaming facilities in all areas of the business. Tribal members gain various business skills in area as Finance, Marketing, Operations, Gaming, Food and Beverage, and more.

All Tribal Team Members graduate from the program with extensive learning gained through modules that include Managing Difficult Conversations, Negotiations, Presentation Skills, Cultural Awareness and Impact. Every segment is designed to increase self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and build on the skills that will elevate careers to the next level. By customizing their journey, supported by a dedicated TD Team, participants are better able to realize long-term professional goals.

Team Member Resource Groups

Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs) foster a sense of belonging for all Team Members. TMRGs drive innovation and accelerate professional development throughout the company.

All Team Members are welcome to join one or more Team Member Resource Group(s), and you do not have to identify as a member of the affinity or group to join.

TMRGs foster understanding of our most valuable resource: YOU.
